Funny story: I was reading a gardening article today, and it mentioned white wood aster (Eurybia divaricata) as a shade-happy low-growing plant, so I looked it up: maybe it might be good for my back plot.
And lo and behold, it is the mystery weed I depicted in my Oct. 18, 2016 post. I did like it when it bloomed! Not going to pull up that "weed" anymore!
